TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read before deciding to commission me!

General

★ I have the right to refuse any commission that may make me uncomfortable or I feel I am not properly suited for.★ I will not work on the weekends! My timezone is USA West Coast, so please do not expect any responses from Saturday - Sunday my time!★ My work may NOT be used for AI, Crypto, NFTs, etc.★ All commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. If you'd like to use my art for commercial purposes, please discuss with me beforehand for an extra fee. The fee may be up to an additional 300% of the cost. For big commercial requests, these are done through PAYPAL ONLY and must be discussed extensively through email!★ Do NOT resell my art as physical goods. However, using it, for example, to make a personal print, personal sticker, personal keychain, etc. is alright as long as you do NOT profit from it.★ Two small revisions may be made at no cost. Large revisions come at a fee depending on the request.★ All artwork still belongs to me, and I have the right to post it on my social media accounts / portfolio. There will be a privacy fee of up to 50% since it is a detriment to my business to not be able to post pieces to my portfolio, though that may change depending on the piece.

Payment Method

There are THREE ways to commission me! The current methods I have available are through VGen, Ko-Fi and PayPal Invoice, which involves contacting me and sending a commission request through my email. I find VGen is the most user friendly if first starting out commissioning others, but if a request is more complex / expands upon what's available on VGen and Ko-Fi, don't be afraid to email me and ask for more information!Ko-Fi involves paying full upfront only, but if you'd like a payment plan, then VGen or PayPal is the best way to go! Let me know if there are any other payment methods you'd like to see, and I'll look into setting some up. Thanks!My preferred methods go VGen > Ko-Fi > PayPal. I prefer VGen first as it allows me to vet requests before deciding if I have the time and skill to complete them. I ask that you take a look at the platform first before resorting to Ko-Fi / PayPal!As for larger orders, over $600, these must be discussed through email and paid through PayPal Invoice.

By requesting a commission on VGen OR purchasing a commission on Ko-fi OR emailing me with a request, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above. I have the right to refuse any request given to me, or I may not get to all requests in a short amount of time.
